Seems to me, you only have to brush the teeth you hope to keep. So, why do people avoid brushing?

As far as taking care of their teeth, I don’t think they did. Dental hygiene didn’t come into existence until modern times; the only thing I think they could do, was simply pick their teeth with a twig or something.

but some people brush at least twice a day and go to the dentist every 6 months but their teeth are never that white? Are some people just naturally more prone to having not-so-white teeth no matter what they do?
